Dual education has a long tradition at Duttenhöfer. It is practice-oriented and involves the trainees in our processes from the outset, teaching them how to actively shape procedures.
We offer apprenticeships in commercial and technical professions. We make sure that our trainees not only learn the basics but also understand their job in the company’s overall context. Many young people have found permanent employment within Duttenhöfer after finishing their training and today are highly appreciated specialists and executives.

Inter-company training
To support young people who may have limited opportunities on the job market for various reasons, we have become a partner of the programmes “Start in den Beruf” (Starting your Career) and “Anlauf zur Ausbildung” (Warming up for Dual Education). We also collaborate with the Chamber of Trade in Rhineland-Palatinate regarding the inter-company training of machine and plant operators. Numerous young people have found apprenticeship positions this way.
